United Club Membership

How you can earn miles: You’ll earn miles on purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds, made with a United℠ credit card by you or an authorized user of the account. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn miles: balance transfers, cash advances and other cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. 1 mile: You’ll earn 1 mile for each $1 spent. 2 miles: You’ll earn 2 miles total for each $1 spent (1 additional mile on top of the 1 mile per $1 earned on each purchase) in the following rewards categories: restaurants; travel (excluding United purchases that qualify for 4 miles as described). 4 miles: You'll earn 4 miles total for each $1 spent (3 additional miles on top of the 1 mile per $1 earned on each purchase) on airline tickets purchased from United, and on the following purchases made from United: seat upgrades; Economy Plus®; inflight food, beverages and Wi-Fi; baggage service charges or other United fees. Earning miles from United on United flights and United Hotels
Miles earned on United flights purchased directly from United are earned on the fare and are subject to exclusions. Award Availability, Pricing, and Fees
As long as tickets are still available for sale for the applicable cabin on any United-operated flight, MileagePlus members can use miles to book award travel on such flight. Earn Premier Qualifying Points (PQP)
The primary Cardmember will earn 25 Premier Qualifying Points (PQP) for every $500 in net purchases (including purchases made by authorized users) up to a maximum of 10,000 PQP in a calendar year. Upgrading Award Tickets

Free Checked Bags
The primary Cardmember and one traveling companion on the same reservation are each eligible to receive their first and second standard checked bags free; authorized users are only eligible if they are on the same reservation as the primary Cardmember. To receive first and second standard checked bags free, the primary Cardmember must use their United Club℠ Visa Infinite Card to purchase their ticket(s) (this purchase requirement is waived for flights completed during the 90 days following the account open date) and include their MileagePlus® number in their reservation. Global Entry or TSA PreCheck® or NEXUS Application Fee Statement Credit
You will receive one statement credit (up to $100) every four years after the first program (either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck® or NEXUS) application fee is charged to your United ClubSM Visa Infinite Card, by you or an authorized user. Complimentary DashPass
When the membership is activated for the first time with a United Club℠ Card by 12/31/2024 you and your authorized user(s) will receive 12 months of complimentary DashPass for use on both the DoorDash and Caviar applications during the same membership period based on the first activation date. After the complimentary DashPass membership period ends, you and any authorized users will continue to be enrolled and charged the then current monthly DashPass rate for each membership activated. You can cancel anytime on DoorDash or Caviar.
